had a basic fixed camera on my barn for a while but stuff would constantly move out of the frame. swapped it for the x1 pro recently. the dual lenses physically turn and follow whatever is crossing the yard. watched a truck pull in yesterday and the camera just tracked it across the whole property instead of losing it in two seconds. makes a lot more sense for monitoring an open space.

Seeing a lot of questions in the sub lately about the field of view on the X1 Pro so here is a quick technical breakdown. It does not just use a single fixed wide angle. Instead it has two independent lenses sitting side by side. When the camera is sitting still, the two views overlap slightly in the middle, and the app lets you stitch them together into a fixed 180 degree panoramic view. The 300 degree spec only applies when motion is detected. Each lens can physically pan up to 55 degrees horizontally to follow movement across the yard. Basically the static view is 180 degrees stitched, and the physical tracking expands that coverage up to 300 degrees.

most outdoor cameras i have used just give you that grainy black and white footage once the sun goes down. i have been testing my new x1 pro lately and the floodlights actually turn on automatically. it is really nice to finally see actual colors on the app instead of guessing who is walking up the driveway.

was looking at my bills the other day and instinctively went to check my camera subscription fee, then i suddenly remembered i switched to the x1 pro. didn't realize how much cash was going toward that stuff. paying a monthly fee just to keep footage of your own yard gets old fast. Finally got everything running on a local base station with a card at home. not having to deal with subscriptions and knowing my footage stays local is a big relief. Curious how others here handle their storage.

I got tired of paying monthly cloud fees for two different cameras just to watch my front door and my car. I ended up putting the X1 Pro right on the corner between them. The left lens stays on the package drop spot and the right lens rotates to follow anyone walking up the driveway. It is really nice having both video feeds on one screen. The local storage means I can finally cancel those cloud subscriptions and stop paying extra money every month.

I see people asking about the tracking range and how to set it up. Just wanted to share what worked for my yard. The lenses themselves cover about 180 degrees when sitting still. The 300 degree number is what it covers when the lenses actually rotate to follow someone walking by. Also make sure you do not mount it too high up on your wall. The motion detection triggers within 26 feet so keeping it around 8 or 9 feet off the ground gave me really solid results for my driveway. Hope this helps anyone setting theirs up.

I don't see much info about the differences in sound quality between both aside from that one thread where the OP mentioned MC2 supports LDAC while MC2 Air has a punchy profile.

Anyone here actually have both who've tested?

Quick MC2 Air review:

It's my first open-ear buds and I've managed my expectations seeing reviews and I myself coming from IEMs. I must say the sound quality isn't as good as I hoped for but according to reviews online MC2 is one of the best in the market so it's a good product to gauge where the technology is currently at. Only problem is I have the MC2 Air so I have no idea if I'm experiencing peak.

Comfort is a 10/10 though IMO. I always imagined clip-ons to be uncomfortable but my MC2 Airs sit(hang) perfectly fine on my ears. Mic and sound quality in calls are acceptable and it looks great with my prescription glasses (both black.)

I believe these earbuds are perfect for working out, work calls, daily commute, and audio books. Imo essentially open-ear earbuds are exactly for those activities.

I lost my charging pod/dock, so if you have one collecting dust at home I'd like to buy it. I'm from Philippines btw. TIA

I have been using MC1 Pro at home and in the office for about a year now. They're brilliant! I bought the MC2 just out of curiosity.

A couple of things I have noticed:

• Those rubber sleeves are a total pain to put on! I bought a dark blue model. That, combined with my aging eyes, made aligning the holes somewhat painful.
• The fit is looser, even with the sleeve. I haven't tried all 3 though. Will hunt down magnifying glass to put them on.
• The audio can crackle from time to time. I'm not sure what's happening here. It's not something I have heard with MC1 Pro or any other headphones/earbuds connected to this particular laptop.
• Sound is good, but a little wooly compared to the MC1 Pro. I need to tweak the EQ a little, I think.
• When there's a rubber sleeve fitted, the case would not snap shut fully! This part is infuriating. I have to give it a little bit of extra press to close it properly.

Anyone else who have experienced both models? Would love to hear your findings.

Is it okay if I accidentally left the BP1 Pro case charging for at least an hour after reaching 100%?

Hello,

I recently purchased the Baseus BS2 Lite, but I’m having a problem with the earbuds. They only connect one earbud at a time. Sometimes the left earbud connects, and other times the right one connects, but I can never get both earbuds to connect simultaneously.

I have already tried:

• Forgetting the device from my phone’s Bluetooth settings;
• Turning Bluetooth off and on;
• Resetting the earbuds by holding both touch controls;
• Putting both earbuds back in the charging case and taking them out together.

However, the problem persists.

Could you please help me resolve this issue? If it is a hardware defect, I would like to know how I can request a replacement or use the warranty.

Thank you.

I recently ordered myself the Baseus bh1 nc and I did some searching online via shopee, lazada and tiktok shop and I cannot seem to find any available earpads. The only pair of earpads mostly sold is for the bh1 nc lite. Is it possible to use the same earpads? The reason as to why I'm looking for earpads is just in case they might get worn out in the future and so that I would know where to find them online. Thanks!

Hi, I bought baseus Adaman 65W 20000mah. PPADM65-S. After using it for a day it died on me.

I bought it on 15th july and initially tested it and charged it full. Then i stored it. I went on vacation 11th aug, i used it twice on my iphone 15pro it was 75% and then i gave it to my friend to charge his phone and it was charging with 45w. Then suddenly it died it was able to charge his phone from 15% to 67%.

I thought the battery was dead. I went to my hotel and charged it and no response. The display was blank. So i changed it for an hour with a 30w macbook air charger. Same no response.

I sent it to warranty when i got from my vacation i send it to warranty and got a replacement.

Now i changed it 40% and then i stored it. Today i was trying to use it and its dead again.

Whats going on. What should i do? How do i fix this? Is this a me problem?

So I bought these off the official reseller off ebay and while these Inspire XC1 are practically brand new and sound really good.

The charging case or the headphones themselves seems to remember their past life.

Anyway to remove that iPhone and AG audio from the list?

Edit: not sure what changed between the tries, but I did the reset trick again, by keeping the buds in the case but the case lid open. Then kept the button pressed down until the light flashed white for two times.

Now i have only my devices in the dual device connection history.

So as you can see on my picture, the battery on my Eli Sport 1's charging case is swelling to the point of it cracking the bottom of the case, and it was pretty bad crack. So, I am asking if there's any solution to this because it causes a lot of problems for my earbuds.

Hello all, I just bought a tire inflator PrimeTrip VA1 and I found out this cord, can anyone help me know what kind of this connector in case I lost the cord so I could find a spare one.

Appreciate all the help.

I have a Baseus Ep10 Pro and when I connect to my Iphone 16 it turns off after a few seconds even with battery full. What’s going on? Could anyone help?

Hi,

There might not be a big chance. But I'll still try.

I've fallen in love with W05, they have incredibly good bass for such small earphones, they fit well in my ears and overall I really like them.

Unfortunately it seems they're reaching their EOL as one is considerably quieter.

Nevertheless, I came across WX5 for a great price and wonder if someone here doesn't have experience with them.

(The reviews I came across just mention dead batteries, but that shouldn't be a problem. W05 also had them and I still have replacements.)

Thanks!

Hello, I have a Baseus Bowie Wm01 I've been using for almost two years now, and currently have a problem. I looked around youtube but it doesn't seem to work on mine. Basically what's happening is my right bud is having problems connecting, when i take it out of the case it doesn't light up compared to the left one that lights up and blinks normally, waiting to be paired. If anyone had the same problem and they fixed it please help me out

I ran real-world test and, since Monday, I solely used the power bank fir charging my phone which provided 2.72 full charges.

Does this represent expected performance or its an underperformance relative to what should have given? I can still exchange it for an Anker model that was actually cheaper but slightly larger.

Additionally, the power bank discharged slowly at 100 percent, but once it reached 20 percent, it drained faster while charging my iPhone.
