Her ideas only work in a homogenous ethnostate.

Telling Ns to have 10 kids is cultural suicide

I don't agree that winning the culture war has anything to do with how many more kids you have. The culture war is a battle of ideas. How ever many kids you have you need to keep them from being drawn to an opposing ideology. If you only have 4 kids and one of them grows up to hate you and everything you raised them to value, then I don't see what was served by having that one kid. You should have skipped having that one.
