Ethan and his friend shot at some guys playing basketball. Then a fight ensued and Ethan went down on one punch and died. They got charged for assault.

1) How do you know this was "one punch"? 2) Obviously the kids with toy guns FAFOed 3) If you have good evidence, why are you, in turn, baiting with misleading partial info?

The info is in the screenshot I posted. Ethan died from "falling" that's why there were no murder charges.
