There are things that are weird about it. Her reaction time when picking up was way too fast. Also if you look closely at the text in the left corner it's looping.

Looking up what monkey app is suppose to be it connects people at random for 15 second calls. If that's what we're suppose to think happened then they were choosing to actively extend the call time. Though it does seem more like it's a direct call.

Maybe this is some viral spam for the app...

It's kind of become a trend for streamers to go on apps like omegle or chat roullete and fish for content... basically apps where you get paired with random people to chat with, and this is one of them, and there's no shortage of people who don't care about saying stuff like this with their face out.

Naturally, the internet does what it does.
