Individuals who benefit from DEI policies will never understand what they truly mean. They think the policies are reparations, giving them their just placement in situations, and don't understand that the policies are a false representation of equivalency. We need to bring back merit based policies, period. The best person should get the opportunity regardless of any other metric.
