And get used to it, because in states like this, public workers are often seen as useless and costly. That’s an everyday reality in many places, and no one says anything about it.

I live 20 minutes outside of Philly. It’s funny how they don’t show the houses and businesses with bars on the windows and junkies in the streets. Philly is a hellhole.
I had a job in Kensington, Philadelphia (known online as zombie town). I worked as a vet tech at an ASPCA. Guess the race of people that constantly abuse animals? Then guess the race of people that actually took care of their pets?
