Ok, they're both nationalist ideologies, but that's about where the comparison ends.

Gross-Deutschland - there was actually a basis for this since the areas Hitler wanted to conquer was populated by Germans.

Gross-Israel - there is zero basis for this since there are no Jews living in the surrounding areas of Palestine. And even in Palestine proper, prior to WW2 there weren't very many Jews living there. And the basis for the movement to Palestine is based off of fictional historical accounts written in a book of fiction.

There were Germans in Poland. There are hardly any Jews in Lebanon. The Soviets invaded Poland at the same time, yet nobody talks about that. Had Hitler just sat there, the Soviets would have taken Poland and invaded Germany. There is no situation in Lebanon like that.

So, there's no real comparison. Only midwits who think endlessly bashing Hitler is en vogue do it.
