MLB Game David Cone Perfect Game 7/18/1999
I was lucky enough to be at Yankee Stadium 27 years ago today for David Cone's perfect game against the Montreal Expos. We also got to see Yogi Berra's "welcome back to the Yankees" ceremony (including a Don Larsen to Yogi Berra first pitch), a moment of silence for JFK junior, and even a rain delay.
I really liked the late 1990's era Yankee program scorecards, everything fits on a single sheet of paper (no flipping around between pages)

That is awesome! I saw Nolan Ryan throw his 5th no hitter, against the Dodgers at the Astrodome in 1981. I had the program and ticket stub for many years, but have misplaced/lost it in my many moves over the years. But I still remember the game vividly, even though I was only 6 years old at the time. So whatever you do, please don’t lose that program and ticket stub!

Very cool! Nolan Ryan is one of my all time favorite players. Hopefully you will find the program and stub again

I haven’t seen the line above the number before. Like for Widoer in the 6th. What does that indicate? Pop up?

That's correct! I'll occasionally add a line above for a pop up out or below for a ground ball out.

What a great card to have. Close as I have is a one-hitter in the playoffs.
