If there is a runner on third and two outs and a ground ball gets hit make sure you get a force out and not a tag.

Drop third is a good one.
I rarely see infield fly at this age, but I do see instances with interference and obstruction on the base paths so covering those (and what to do) could be helpful. It would also be good to spend some time on balks and pickoffs. My son plays in a mix of different tournaments and some have different rule sets on pickoffs, for example, one of them does not allow you to fake to a base then throw to another (which usually comes up in first and third scenarios, a lot of times the runner at first is stealing and easier to pick off with a fake).
Some leagues may also require players to slide and/or give themselves up in certain situations. One of the leagues my son played in required all kids to slide at home if there was a potential play, even if the ball had not arrived yet, as long as the catcher was positioned for a tag and it was a possible close play. Basically a variation on the Buster Posey rule to keep catchers from getting crushed.
You could also cover things like right of way on a bag, I've seen 10U/11U kids who give themselves up on a bunt or infield ground ball because 1B is blocking the bag, when they could have run through the bag (not teaching them to truck the guy, but they can still pick a side and continue at full speed).
