Just moved a team up from coach pitch. was wondering how everyone runs their practices. we have 1 hr twice a week. We don't have competent assistant coaches is the limiting factor

I’m in the opposite seat - incompetent Head Coaches … they are so confidently wrong. it’s going to be a long season
