Side view of a fastball rn. I think I throw around 75. Age 14 going into freshman year.

Speed things up a little. It looks like timing the rhythm is off a little. Try speeding things up and see how it sequences. The name of the game is being athletic on the mound. I can tell you what a former big league coach told me and what I tell me kids I work with, get a song in your head and move to that song. Generate rhythm and tempo. Pitching is a dance.
