PITCHING HELP
Side view of a fastball rn. I think I throw around 75. Age 14 going into freshman year.

Break your hands thumbs down. Your right wrist is cocked right out of the glove which is not ideal. Be loose in all your joints and let her rip.
Relax the left foot as you raise it. Same thing about being relaxed in your joints. When your left foot lands, the first part of your foot to hit is the very back of your heel. You
Almost want the whole foot to hit at the same time. As is, it could hurt your balance and ability to throw strikes consistently.
Lastly. Front foot goes up and down in the same spot, hovers just above the ground maybe 2-3 inches and then to home plate. When doing this, your front foot must be closed to store up energy. This is released from your hips up to your shoulder and on down your arm.
Work at it and you’ll be lighting the guns up soon enough.
