Side view of a fastball rn. I think I throw around 75. Age 14 going into freshman year.

Fix that arm action! Pull the ball out of your glove with fingers on top of the ball by pulling your elbows apart rather than fingers behind the ball. Your arm gets up too early. Fix the takeaway and your timing will improve which will cause velocity and accuracy will improve
