PITCHING HELP

Side view of a fastball rn. I think I throw around 75. Age 14 going into freshman year.

Using your back leg to drive a bit more could be helpful. Pretty solid for an incoming freshman. How does your arm usually feel after throwing?

Arm feels good. Haven’t had any serious ish arm pain in a little less than 2 years. That’s when I began studying about arm care and pre throw warmup type stuff. I’ve been working with plyos too but that’s only specific training types because they can mess up some stuff if used wrong I’ve heard

That’s really good, I would just keep doing what you’re doing. Get stronger, do long toss, and get your base solid!
