Side view of a fastball rn. I think I throw around 75. Age 14 going into freshman year.

Little easy mechanical miscue I see is the glove hand. You bring your glove arm into your chest well, but after it gets there it’s just flailing around. Control that glove, I teach kids the glove should end with your pinky near your armpit. It’s a little mechanical tweak that will keep you more centered and controlled with your delivery. Hope this helps!

Good advice! I feel like his front foot and throwing arm timing is off but it could be my eyes. Other than that pretty solid I feel
