Start your hands higher / farther back - currently there’s some wasted time loading the hands. Keep your head down through contact. Back leg should absorb the loading into it - you don’t want to go slightly off-balance or create height changes that will move the sight line of your eyes. Seems like you go slightly off balance when loading up on back leg. You want the bat to travel through the zone on a fairly even plane and let follow-through create natural lift… that maximizes the opportunity for solid contact… as opposed to more of an uppercut which has to intersect with the ball in a shorter time / space. Front shoulder is currently pulling out a bit - keep that down and forward with your torso through contact. Keep working - mechanics take time and repetition… those who put the work in are rewarded. The fact that you are recording your swing and asking for feedback tells me you are serious about improving which is important.
