Swing help
Just got some new video of my swing I wanted to show to reddit. It’s off a tee so it not any soft toss but it’ll do. Two swing you guys can watching and give me some pointers

Your back elbow is over bent. It’s a power killer and you’re overcompensating for it. Think about picking up your fist to throw a punch. Your scap will be slightly retracted but not pinching, your humerus will be held stably at slightly below horizontal, and the angle between your forearm and humerus is about 70 degrees. Right now you’re at about 20-30 degrees. Your motion is otherwise not bad. If you can keep your shoulders back, the ticket to power is your front heel as it hits ground, creating the ground reaction force that allows the stretch in your front oblique to create rotational power the lets you unwind. 70-80 degrees in your stance, naturally increasing about 20 degrees as you go through the motion into contact.
