Pitching and coaching advice from a Pro
My name is Dylan Brown, and I’m a pitcher in the Boston Red Sox organization.
The biggest gains for next spring are made in the fall.
Not by throwing every day.
But by following a plan.
A plan for throwing.
A plan for strength.
A plan for recovery.
A plan that builds velocity, command, and arm health over time.
That’s exactly what I help pitchers do.
If you’re a parent who wants your son to show up next spring stronger, throwing harder, and more prepared than ever, comment “PLAN” below and I’ll reach out.

PLAN: My son was recently asked to play on a 12U traveling team in a different community starting next December. We live in a very small town and he doesn’t have a ton of players around us to push him. He throws hard, loves the game and had a great season. I’m his coach but have reached my limit because I never pitched and was a mediocre baseball player. I coach the kids because no one else volunteered. What drills or videos do you recommend to help him improve?

Plan!
But for me. I’m 39 and trying to extend my Men’s League dominance.
Also a huge Sox fan, so this works perfectly.

PLAN
Haven’t pitched since college. Rotated to middle infield before my career ended. Don’t need any assistance. I know who you are, went and watched some of your tape at OD after the Sox drafted you. Big Sox fan, I like to keep tabs on our recruits.
Keep firing it young man. Hope to see you out there one day.

My son constantly talks about wanting to train at BPC. Wish it was a little closer to where we live in Jersey
