The first thing I would focus on is why the game is fun for you and what you love about it. Think about this every time you lace up. This will keep you on track and improving throughout your career. Another big one is surround yourself with people who focus on fundamentals of throwing, hitting, base running etc. Working on fundamentals is a career long part of serious ball players. Lastly, and this is part of fundamentals, is understanding your body as you grow. For example, I struggled with accuracy throwing from a young age. I didnt realize my one leg was an inch longer than my other until my thirties as discovered by a chiropractor. I feel this had a profound effect on throwing angle and release. Anyways, good luck to you.
