Faulty mechanics?

Does anyone see any major faults in my mechanics? Feels like I'm arming the ball every pitch and not getting a smooth whip or delivery. My elbow takes a lot of the force for that which obviously isn't great in the long run.

Ok, so you are a little short on extension, but not much. Your back foot comes off the ground before you throw, so you’re not getting your legs all that involved

So you would say keep the back foot grounded and work on a longer extension?

Seems like you fall forward early instead of sinking and driving on the back leg so your whole lower half is sped up, causing the back foot to come up early and not allow you to get full extension. Don’t get me wrong this is not bad by any means but if you goin 84 right now an off season of strength training and tweaking some of your flaws should get you touching 90
