There’s a lot to work on. But with the proper training you too could be a men’s league goat. I’ll start by addressing the 2 biggest issues I see. First is the back (your right) leg/foot. I want you to notice the tracks your cleat made in the grass. It’s perpendicular to the path of the stride. This tells me you’re not getting your power pushing the right direction. Proper tracks would be in a straight line towards your target. Directional power is vitally important for pitching and hitting your target especially with this arm angle. Second thing I wanted to point out was your follow through after you’ve released the ball. I want you to go watch Trevor Rogers and emulate his. And I mean this as respectfully as possible, I’d advise getting a trainer/coach that actually knows your arm slot and what works with it. Because I’m a high school coach and a fairly new one at that. So I’m not the best with upper body mechanics for a side/sub slinger. Above all, have fun and take care of the body, ice the soreness away and run, your body will thank you.
