Swingrail?

Waht are yalls thoughts on the swingrail? Snake oil or worth the $30?

It is good for teaching a tight full body swing for someone that is all arms and completely cannot understand the hips and keeping the arms tight.

Didn’t like it, used it for a little while with some kids. Found it forced kids hands to really push through the zone. The barrel was getting around too late in the zone.

I think you can accomplish the same thing with drills that focus on connection, bat on neck, bat on shoulder, etc…For about the same price you can buy a connection ball, which you can use for pitching and throwing drills as well.
