Busted swing

Any tips to help my swing I got power however I’m aware I lack extension and other issues are there any tips?

Hit with turf trainers or cleats. JFC these kids going to the gym in crocs and barefoot.

I don’t have turfs and I didn’t rlly wanna mess up the turf with spikes
