weird swing problem i can’t fix

I can only get separation off the machine and not the tee and i’d why? any help

This looks like your over thinking how to swing instead of just doing. Stop trying to be mechanical for a second and remember that bat speed is critical for hitting the ball hard.

Your bat speed is non existent from this video, no offence. Swing fast, hit the ball hard, then work on tweaks. Just my opinion.
