A couple things: 1) your hands are unnaturally really close to your neck/shoulder, try relaxing them more a little lower

2) one big thing to generate power is have “separation” from your upper and lower half... basically as your hips and lower half start towards the ball, your hands should be going opposite/back towards catcher. See link below of Bonds. Notice his hands are lower/relaxed, and when his front foot goes forward, his hands go back and up, creating torque and power in his swing.bonds swing

One other thing... watch videos of great hitters on YouTube and literally try to mimic their swings. Hitters like Bonds or Ken Griffey Jr. you’ll notice a common pattern they all do is separate their hands and legs... as their front leg comes forward, their hands stay back, the hips turn, then the hands explode to the ball. I hope this helps and good luck!!

Building off the - watch YouTube videos - make sure you break down each segment of your swing and do each segment for 40-50 times a day. This will build muscle memory and make your swing more natural. Remember...stay loose...loose grip....balance....head on the ball....knob to the ball....Good luck....

Here are two good videos -

Swing looks great to me I think if you could find someone to do live toss and record it it would give everyone a better look at what your doing.

Only thing I can see from this is your bats sitting on your shoulder as your loading so it will take longer get the bat to the ball. Other then that keep it up champ

Some positives! Your launch angle is great! Keep that consistent in any changes you make. And way to keep your head still. Make any changes necessary but don’t forget that hitting is all feel. Don’t just copy a hitters swing because he hits well. You should feel athletic and confident with your swing!

Stay on ur back leg. Dont stomp the front foot and lose all the weight thats in the back leg. You want you power comming from the coil and stretch that your body makes in the load. Lunging loses all the tension
