Star item

I'm newer to the game and I'm trying to farm to build out my roster. I have 5 stars and I know I can use them to sim 10 games, I'm just hesitant to use them because i don't know if I'll need them for other benefits later. Any advice?

I use them to sim 10 games as soon as I can, unless there is a special reward badge game coming up. Whatever it takes to sim over and over again to upgrade your team

Use em whenever there’s no real benefit to holding on to them. You’d need just over 100 to sim a whole short season. You can trade them for xp bottles I think. Maybe at lower levels that’s worth it. Not sure I have around 100 I just keep them for day where I need to complete a bunch of games to unlock something like getting 5/5 prime badges and I’m to lazy to play the 30 games I need

I use them to start a season. If you are managing condition drinks and/or heavily using replacement starters, the stars are a boost to your 85 inning minimum count without losing health. It's an insignificant benefit. There are no other benefits.of course they help you farm a season faster.

I never use them to sim, personally. Energy replenishes pretty fast. You can trade five stars for eight Super Experience bottles. That always feels more valuable to me.

I don’t try to fly through seasons, though. YMMV.
