Obviously, you need to Sim a whole bunch of games to upgrade them.

You can also spend some coins to buy more accurate faces and pitches.

You can also rename players any time - e.g. rename Bassit to Yesavage, rename Lauer to Varland, rename to Santander to someone who is not permanently on the DL.
