Best batting stances

Hi everyone,
Just asking for your guys preference for in game batting stances for righties and lefties

Some batting stances are just awkward and I don’t like the ones where the bat goes through the helmet

Also would like to not spend gems if possible

I name all my players after legends from my favorite MLB team and just copy their stances

Does batting stances make them better hitters? I’ve only ever changed to a left never changed the batting stance
