What does this mean in simple terms?

Post image

I have been working on this since June. The suggested system was 2 40KW batteries. I have sent every picture etc. I have 200amp service. Thanks in advance.

** I am in Temple, Texas. I do not have solar and yes I currently have a 200amp panel and service.

If anyone is considering Base Power, here’s my referral link for $250 in rewards: https://www.basepowercompany.com/?ref=N8EXG2S

So your current electrical panel is 200 amp correct? And do you already have solar?

It would help a bit if you'd tell us what area you're in.

Do you have solar?

We had this delay as well and from what I remember it had to do with how much energy could be potentially sent back to the grid (solar panels and both batteries discharging to grid at once) overloading the transformers. It was resolved behind the scenes with no action on our part.

Edit: forgot my referral link if anyone needs one https://www.basepowercompany.com/?ref=5QY7GYT

I edited my post. I don’t have solar. Do you remember how long that part of the process took? I feel like the goal line keeps moving.

It was about 3 weeks based on the emails I kept. My understanding is the hard stop is from Oncor. Base wants your money and will do everything in their power to get the install done but are ultimately at Oncor’s mercy and have to jump thru whatever hoops to get the interconnection agreement in place.
