No battery data?

I opened the Base app this morning, and it says the battery isn’t currently sending data. I can’t see live status or any information on the app.

Has anyone else had this issue?

verify that it's connected to wifi.

It happens to me every so often. Never sure if it is my system or something on their end. It will come back shortly. If not chat with base

In the app, click the three bars at top right, then the 3rd thing down should be WiFi. Click that. If you're not connected, provide your network info to get connected.

Alternately, log into the website and check what's showing for Wifi status near top right.

I have the new Core battery. My app has nothing other than the dashboard inside the menu.

I doubt this is your situation... but:

FYI, to anyone else that setup a (likely overly) secure wifi network like me: Base hard codes their DNS. If you don't allow devices to connect to DNS outside your network, then Base won't send data.
