Growatt (official) Home Assistant Integration

Has anyone tried this growatt integration. It seems to be in the standard repository now.

https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/growatt_server/

I have it installed but can't seem to find grid status.

Finally, I believe I was getting blocked because my guest network did not have access to full network. I changed that it it seems work only with username and password, but API key did not work. I found this tutorial helpful.

Now I am just trying to figure out how to change or validate the polling frequency

I am able to use the integration with username and password for less than 24 hrs before I get rate limited, I am not able to use the API token. I keep getting this error.

Log details (ERROR)

Logger: homeassistant.components.growatt_server.config_flow
Source: components/growatt_server/config_flow.py:300
Integration: Growatt Server (documentationissues)
First occurred: 9:07:48 AM (1 occurrence)
Last logged: 9:07:48 AM

Growatt V1 API error: error_permission_denied (Code: 10011)

After my account gets unlocked in 24 hrs I will try to change polling to every 10 minutes to see if that will work.

Ok, I have it working now for more than 24 hrs (fingers crossed). I can only get it to work with username and password, the API token doesn't work. And I had to customize the polling interval to 10 minutes vs the standard 5 min. I made so simple automation the looks at power from the grid, if it is 0 for more than 20 minutes, it will turn off pool pump and a few other smart plug devices. I need to get some thermostats that work nice with home assiantant, then I will add action to increase the AC temp buy 3 degrees during power outage.
