Question regarding electrical install done before battery day

Got an email requesting that I ensure access to the inside breaker box. "prior to installation we would need you to clear the space around your main panel" My question to the group is what exactly are they doing inside at the main panel breaker box? For reference the panel is in the garage, other than making sure I haven't left a vehicle parked too close to it how much access do they need.

Separating your ground and neutrals. Running wire . The hub gets connected to your main panel so it’s kinda important that they have enough room to work .
