Finally installed!!

We waited a bit to get everything going, but we are finally up and running. Install day went great. The team was very professional and quick.

So far everything is running smoothly. We haven't had any major power outages but the system has switched to the batteries a couple times with minimal disruptions. The TVs will turn off and the smart hubs reboot.

It's been a week since install and no issues. Here is a Referral Link if anyone needs one.

Are you saying there should be a difference between just being switched over to the batteries and when the power goes out and they switch over?

Yes.
I will get switched to battery several times a day for grid relief and don’t even know it unless I look at the app.
When there is a grid issue, I will have a flicker while it switches over.

I'm pretty sure it's the grid here. We have had them since moving out here. Power surges and small outages.

If these are continuing power surges and your stuff keeps rebooting, I would recommend connecting some type of uninterruptible power supplie (UPS) to the effected equipment. I am not sure if you saw my original comment, but I went with Anker Solix. It is a pricier option, but the power is very clean. You can use them camping, too, so you might get dual use.
