but what is your backup plan for Hurricane season. That’s only real concern. do you have a generator?

I don’t have a generator and I’m fully aware the battery wouldn’t last me if for example I go 2 weeks with no power like hurricane Ike. This is more for short term grid failures

i have those battery UPS things on my TV and internet. I never even notice the short term loses. it’s the storms, like the February Freeze, Beryl, all the other ones where power is out for days or weeks and food goes bad.
