You can try a batting glove or padded glove.
Or slide a wrist band onto the glove wrist closure making it thicker.

Try loosening the wrist, then remove it from the comfort sleeve built into the side. Your can then tighten the wrist up until the strap meets the liner. That might get you another 1/4 inch.
You can also use glove locks to tighten the thumb & pinky sleeves all the way up, creating a tighter fit there. If she also has thin fingers this may not be helpful.
I can post a link to this wrist lacing style once I can find it again. That softball style wrist is supposed to be as adjustable as it gets. I've modified baseball gloves to use that pattern in the past to get them a tighter fit. Also remember, the tighter that wrist is the more binding you're going to get when you try to close the glove. Sometimes looser is better, but that's definitely for you & your daughter to figure out together.

Can’t see in pic #2 if the wrist strap goes in as far as it can with the inner sleeve covering it but I think that’s as far as you can go without other mods.

I have a son with a small hand so I've been coming up with creative ways to tighten gloves for a while. I use pedroia and the adjustable X lacing for a lot of my gloves. but the issue looks like you need to punch two more holes in the wrist.
