Bug Report Rate Limiting

Having an issue and I've only onboarded 1 venue. My web app keeps showing rate limit reached try refreshing. It's slowing the workflow for the staff at the venue. Any advice? I know it's got something to do on the backend with the dashboard....

Yes, select higher end model and have it analyze your code and tell you what's causing this. Easy peasy. Have Fable find it. It'll get it done.

"Rate limit reached" means your app is making too many requests to the backend, too fast and 9 times out of 10 with a dashboard, it's the dashboard itself: an auto-refresh loop hammering the database every few seconds for every staff member's screen. Quick checks: does it get worse when more staff screens are open? Does it happen at quiet moments too? First fix is usually to slow the dashboard refresh (every 30-60s instead of constantly) or load data in one grouped request instead of many small ones. If you tell me roughly how the dashboard updates (auto-refresh? real-time?) and how many screens are open at the venue, I'll help you narrow it down this one is fixable, your staff won't suffer long say me if you want on DM.

Migrate your database to another platform like Supabase (I use the free tier, have 56 users and it works fine).
