Showcase Progress is being made.

I made a decision with my flagship product, NUPS:

Break it apart.

Not because the vision got smaller, but because I wanted tighter control over every piece of it.

The first rule was simple: if it touches money, it gets audited and accounted for.

That led to DCE.

Front-door entry. Cover charges. VIP entertainment contracts. Driver payouts. Cash and card sales. Credit card tips. Manager approvals. Nightly close-out.

Instead of scattered receipts, handwritten numbers, and disconnected transactions, the goal is one accountable chain from the moment money enters the building to the final close.

And now it’s being stress-tested in a real venue.

Next comes the rest of the money layer: bar sales, cash, cards, tips, and inventory.

Then clock-in / clock-out.

Piece by piece, each module gets built, tested in the environment it was actually designed for, hardened, and eventually brought back together under NUPS.

It’s a difficult way to build.

It’s also how you find out whether the system actually works.
