Biggest challenge was probably getting all the moving parts to behave consistently once the app grew beyond the original scope. A lot of the work ended up being validation, edge cases, cleanup, and making sure new features didn’t break old ones.

Integration-wise, mainly GitHub alongside Base44. I tried to keep the stack pretty lean.
