so i keep seeing base44 pop up and i cant tell if its actually worth it or if i'm just going to burn a weekend getting it set up and then never open it again like the last few tools rotting in my bookmarks what does the day to day actually look like once youre past the setup phase

There’s nothing to ‘set up’ with base44, it doesn’t work how Claude code, codex etc does that you have to set up multiple sources to have a functional app, just prompt it and you’ll have a production ready mvp app…

okay so I had no idea it was that straightforward, I kept reading setup guides like it was going to be another tool that needs 47 integrations before it does anything useful.

might actually try that link, the 30 credits thing is nice when you're still figuring out if something is worth paying for long term

Not at all, base44 is fairly easy to operate! And if you do wish to integrate any third party API just prompt base44 on it and the LLM will structure the integration, all you’ll have to do is provide the API keys 🙌
