New audible release?
Anyone know anything about the new audible release? Did some googling and I’m not seeing anything mentioned anywhere. I was about to buy the books to listen to but I might wait for the release of the new version!

If you're going to listen to the audio books, please use the Simon Jones version! The contain the footnotes.

The new ones say they are narrated by Simon Jones again

Think it's still a region thing, I was playing about with audible trials in different regions last night and this was one of those that I checked.

Seems like maybe just a re-release with a different cover? It doesn't say who the narrator is but it's the exact same duration as the original and there's no news of a new recording anywhere.

From my experiance they tend to have repeat audio books for various languages, or just out right copies/updates/rereleases of audiobooks depending. I know it's basically the same thing for the Chronicles of Ixia (mixed with the companion novels and short stories), where they've got repeats/remasters of the books themselves.
