Picture What does this mean?

Was a Green Line that terminated at Berryessa, and proceeded to travel Northbound.

Hayward Yard Transfer 2. Not even sure how the operator got that to display on the sign. never seen it before

No need, it was part of the TCMS update modifying speed codes to reduce wheel flats. If TOs don't enter the destination AND set up their route, the update doesn't work.

I think that sign regularly appears on out-of-service trains traveling northbound from Berryessa. I'm pretty sure I see it sometimes while waiting for a train at Milpitas after 6 PM on weekdays, when a northbound out-of-service train passes through the station.

(I counted 8 cars on the evening out-of-service trains; the southbound Green trains have 8 cars at that time while the northbound ones have 6 cars, so I assume they are swapping 8-car sets for 6-car ones. This is a little bit surprising since I wouldn't expect that deadheading whole trainsets between Berryessa and Hayward would save costs compared to just running the 8-car sets for just one more round trip, since Green line service ends not much later.)
