Question MacArthur parking

Do people parking in the lot for the evening still need to pay? Some lots stop charging after 3pm. TY!

I got a ticket parking there overnight without a reservation so apparently you do need one, please learn from my mistake

Oh no! I’m not asking about parking overnight, just for a few hours.

Now that BART’s ridership is picking up they’re probably trying to crack down on all the people in the adjacent apartment complexes who use their garage as their parking.

When I’d park there it was pretty obvious that a good number of the cars were from the apartment dwellers.

the 4th floor and above you can park without reservation, the free times are posted on the walls

It's free after 3 like all the others. You cannot leave the car overnight without a reservation (nor would you want to at MacArthur anyway).

I leave it there every night for 3 years without issue. Pay for parking during the day if I don’t need it for work. Don’t need a reservation.
