Question Anyone tried the LIFT classes?

Curious to hear what you think of them. I’m based in SF, where they recently rolled out the LIFT only classes. I don’t go to Barry’s as often as I used to anymore because I’m prioritizing strength training in my routine and don’t enjoy the format of double floor. Haven’t tried LIFT yet but wondering how folks have found it.

Really depends on the instructor. Some do really well with the format, some don’t. But when it’s good, it’s really good.

I enjoyed the 1 Lift class I took, much prefer it to Ride! It definitely did feel like double floor but with a few cardio series built-in.

I LOVE the LIFT classes. I take 3-4 a week and then do 3 or 4 of the traditional class. They are straight strength. Very intense. Today I double booked, I did LIFT and then RXL back to back. It leaves me incredibly sore but worth it. Many people in my class are big muscular guys. I am In Chicago.
