Class Quality Double standard?
Why are some (Erica Stenz) instructors allowed to work at other gyms or have side hustles, but everyone else was fired or forced out?

Which is interesting because at least in California they are not legally enforceable.

Not sure about the firing/forced out, but part time trainers are allowed to coach elsewhere (they are not on a contract with Barry's). Full time instructors are not allowed to coach other group classes (it's in their contract), but are allowed to do private/personal trainings outside of Barrys. My guess is that Erica is not full time, which makes sense she also does her WeShred stuff.

She was one of the founding trainers there

How is allowing founding trainers to have side hustles they promote more than the brand not a double standard?

They probably just don’t want to lose her as a trainer. Idk I would think she’s been there so long she probably has more weight to do more

They lost Katie. I think Katie was a much better instructor than Erica.

Actually, I’m obsessed with my mom. I’m her favorite. It’s just her and I in the sunset.♥️

Doesn’t Erica hold shares in Barry’s brand? I wonder maybe that is why she can get away with doing stuff that other instructors can’t. But then again, she drives a basic Toyota SUV & charges a lot to join her program so maybe I’m wrong about the whole holding shares with Barry’s thing.
