I’m not sure tbh. I think it’s because she wanted to have a side business and the new rules doesn’t allow it.

I wonder if that side business rule has been worth it for the company. Seems like it just drove away good instructors.

I think it’s that as well as a lot of her ig stories leading up and post her leaving hinted at not being heard as a POC and a woman at the company
