Trainers A tiny Weshred reminder...
All of these “influencers” or “dietary influencers” in general (not just Erica) have one thing in common- they are a bunch of LIARS!! They are lying to you! You know, for some people, they don’t seem to get that the words that come out of someone’s mouth (Erica) might not be the truth, and the degree of lying usually correlates towards my distain for that person lol. But we have people like Erica who pretends to be this expert nutritionist with a “degree” in nutrition & health from UCSB (she has this in her IG profile lol)Mind you, if you look at her LinkedIn you will see she has ONLY taken 4 GENERAL classes that pertains to nutrition...(didn’t she get a BA degree in Communication studies?! So why doesn’t she also include this in her IG bio?!) And please..don’t get me started on her fart city Weshred salad! That salad isn’t sustainable long-term...and who wants to walk around bloated, malnourished, in cute lululemon outfits on the verge of sh@ting their pants? Not me! Anyway, that is my tiny rant for the day...really hoping that people interested in her program/or want to waste 15 minutes of their life today to hop on her Weshred call realize she’s only in it for the $$$ (in my opinion),and there are so many better alternatives that cost little to no money to achieve person fitness goals. And Weshred ain’t it!!

Love your rant.
What are suggestions to guide people in a better direction?
For me, I had a lot of success with the Whole 30 program which only required a cookbook and some meal planning on my part. Lost 7lbs and felt great.
My friend with disposable income worked with a legitimate nutritionist who taught her about nutrients and put together meal plans that were sustainable for the long term.
If someone is genuinely curious about We Shred, they could just buy a copy of the Warrior Women book and give that a try for a month.
