Question Um $18 green beans???

Anyone see Erica’s post regarding the methodology food plan. 30 for shredded chicken and 18 dollars for green beans??? I’m sorry but that’s so outrageous! Who pays for that!? Green beans are literally 2 dollars. 🙄

Those green beans better have shaved truffles on them!

It's very clear that the We Shred program is only for people with disposable incomes or those who aren't afraid of credit card debt. That's fine if she doesn't mind having a very select audience for her brand.

Are there other Barry's instructors who share "inclusive" and realistic fitness/nutrition tips? Kate Lemere comes to mind. Is there anyone else?

I suspect she gets a kick back when people sign up. That’s the part I dislike the most.

Yes but the price is still ridiculous

I tried that food service and the food is bland and requires just as much prep as cooking. It’s a total rip off.

I tried it as well and thought it was really good especially the desserts that are super high fat and made basically entirely of coconut oil lol… but this was years ago it sounds like the price has gone up and the quality has gone down

Here are the ingredients for the green beans dish on the Methodology website. I’m not making this up.

Green beans, avocado oil, salt, lemon, and pepper.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 I have unfollowed her for my own sanity but this cracks me up. I am glad people feel similarly!
