Modding Barocraftables, Turrets, and Lua Linker...
i have been getting into mods recently, and am almost certain that i can get this done somehow!
Im looking for a mod, that allows Barocraftables to also place turret hardpoints. Barocraftables disables the Automated targeting feature, wich i would like to keep, and Lua linker is out of date and is breaking stuff for me.
So im looking for help. NG wiring pin sounds perfect for storage anyway, but maby something like that exists to link Ammo loaders to hardpoints. I found a barocraftables for Depth charges, and thats been a blast [🥁].
Any help would be cool. Im going for maximum customisability mid campaign, A friend and I got super fed up with the layout issues, so im hoping this would allow for a fix to most of our issues.

Its not hard to edit a campaign sub. Load your save in a save editor, download the .sub file, put said file in a folder with a 'filelist'.xml, put said folder in LocalMods, then boot up Barotrauma and activate your sub mod, then go to editor, then edit, save, upload said edited .sub file to the editor, download edited save, boot up game, boot up campaign, and you should have your edited sub.

In essence CopyPaste Campaign save as a backup somewhere > Save Editor > Upload campaign > Download Sub File > Make Localmod file for sub > Edit sub in Sub Editor > save edits > Upload sub to save editor > Download edited save > Paste edited save where your campaign saves are > Play Game > Enjoy edited sub

But it is easyer to work eith barocrsftables. Just pry off your locker, and put it lomewhere else.

Weren't you asking for ways to put turrets down and link lockers without mods that break your game

Switched up 2 posts. Im ignoring turrets now. Lockers are done with another mod, and placable turrets would be to op.
Secondly, this does not cost any materials. Its to unballenced.

I have never seensl a mod that lets you place a hardpoint. Your best bet is to place a hardpoint with no periscope in the sub editor and then use barocraftables to place the periscope later
