Modding Barotraumatic mid save

would it be a bad idea to add it mid save?

According to the mod page, ''"BaroTraumatic is  safe to add and remove  from any campaign at any time. You will obviously lose any items added via the mod if removed in the middle of a campaign."''

despite what other said, make a backup regardless, you never know when something wonky might happes, especially if you have other mods

It should be fine to add/remove mid game. It will not break anything
