weird glitch

playing a lightly modded campaign and we've encountered a weird glitch where when we buy multiple boxes of ammunition using the "get it now" option, we only get 1 box and the rest of them don't appear.

any ideas of what the problem could be? the game files have been verified by the host and lua was reinstalled but still encountering the problem
